How to make a Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

Among the flavours of the holiday season, gingerbread is a fan favourite! Is there anything quite like the spicy and warm scents of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg as gingerbread bakes in the oven? So to celebrate the season and this iconic flavour, we’ve come up with an alternate way to get your gingerbread fix in a delicious hot chocolate! The classic taste of spicy gingerbread is mixed with decadent chocolate to make this rich and creamy drink that is sure to get you into the holiday spirit.

Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Gingerbread Syrup or Monin Gingerbread Syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce or Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 cup (8 oz) milk

Heat milk over stove but do not boil. Add in the gingerbread syrup and dark chocolate sauce. Stir until incorporated. Pour into your favourite holiday mug and sprinkle the top with mini marshmallows and powdered ginger. Sip and enjoy your holiday season!

Tip: If you have a milk frother at home, steam the milk to make this a frothy hot chocolate.
